Creating sustainable fitness for women in all seasons of life

There are a multitude of factors to consider when it comes to how we should approach fitness during the varying seasons of our lives. As a Women’s Fitness Coach and Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Coach, my philosophy is founded in understanding my athletes in a wholistic manner.

I make it my duty to understand each of my athletes on an individual level, prioritizing their goals alongside where they are currently in their fitness journey. No matter if you are currently pregnant or postpartum or maybe you are approaching menopause or have already experienced menopause, wherever you are, I will meet you there. I provide guidance on all the considerations for your body, showing you not only what to do but how to do it, prioritize your goals alongside preserving and improving core and pelvic health.

We will discuss pelvic health symptoms to be aware of, how and when to implement strategies to manage any existing symptoms like leaking, prolapse, incontinence, urgency, etc. And through fitness, we will work together to implement strength to help you feel capable and confident as you move through activities in your everyday life.

Ultimately I want YOU to be able to make informed decisions in your fitness + become the expert on what strategies to implement for your body and when.

I understand that fitness is important to you, no matter what type of fitness that is. Whether it’s CrossFit, Pilates, HITT, running, yoga, bootcamps, weightlifting or hiking, we will build a foundation upon which we will integrate the fitness you love to do with sustainable strategies to best set you up for longterm athleticism.
